The Quick Fill page allows you to add, edit, or delete assets. Note the Property Type - Quick Fill Trigger. You set the default associations for each property type. When you add an asset, enter a description, an acquisition date, and the cost for an asset. Then select the property type from the drop down lookup. The date in service, salvage, depreciation method, life, property tax category, and general ledger accounts for the asset are entered for you. And you can also choose to override the defaults for any particular asset.
The Monthly Expense Summary page displays your monthly journal entry account distribution without printing a report.
